What is AI Search Optimisation (AEO)? AEO is the practice of structuring your website so that AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews can read, understand, and confidently cite it when answering someone’s question. It works alongside traditional SEO rather than replacing it.
How do I get my business recommended by ChatGPT? Your website needs to be structured in a way AI systems can easily read and trust, clear answers, well-organised content, and technical signals that confirm your business information is accurate. We handle this through our AI Search Optimisation service.
Does SEO still matter if I’m doing AI search optimisation? Yes. SEO is the foundation everything else builds on. Without it, your website won’t have the authority or technical health that AI platforms look for when deciding which sources to trust. AEO adds a layer on top, it doesn’t replace SEO.
How long does it take to show up in AI search results? AI search engines typically take around 12 weeks to start picking up and trusting changes to your website, which is why our AI Search Optimisation runs on a 3-month minimum term.
Will AI search optimisation change how my website looks? No. It runs entirely behind the scenes. Your visitors see your website exactly as it is today. We build a separate, AI-friendly version of your content that only AI systems read.
Does this work with any website platform? Currently, AI Search Optimisation is a WordPress-only service. If you’re on Squarespace, Wix, Shopify or another platform, get in touch, a manual AEO project may still be possible depending on your setup.
How much does AI search optimisation cost? AI Search Optimisation starts from £199/month. We also offer an Expert Review add-on, where we personally refine your highest-value pages, from £397 one-off.

It depends on your package. Foundation websites typically take 1 week, Momentum around 4 weeks, and Signature 6 to 8 weeks. All timelines start once we’ve received your content, so getting that together early keeps things moving. We’ll give you a clear timeline as part of your proposal.
Do I need to already have my content and images ready?
