How long does it take to build a new website? It depends on which package you choose:

• Foundation Website: typically 1 week
• Momentum Website: 4 weeks
• Signature Website: 6 to 8 weeks

All timelines start from the day we receive your content (copy, images, branding). The clock pauses if anything's missing, so getting your content together early keeps the project on track.

What's the difference between Foundation, Momentum, and Signature? They're three scales of project for three different stages of business.

• Foundation Website is for a focused offer needing a clean, professional online presence, ideal for new businesses, focused launches, or consultants. From £997.
• Momentum Website a multi-page site for established service businesses ready to do this properly. From £2,997.
• Signature Website is our flagship build, for businesses with multiple service lines, deeper strategic needs, or larger scope. From £4,997.

Do I need to provide all the content? (corrected) Yes, in most cases. We'll guide you on what's needed and send you a clear checklist, but the words and images come from you. If you're not sure where to start, our new Website Discovery & Copywriting Service is designed exactly for that. We're also happy to recommend trusted copywriters and photographers if you'd like something fully custom.

Will my website work on mobiles and tablets? Yes. Every site we build is fully responsive and tested across devices before launch. Mobile experience matters as much as desktop, often more.

Can you update my branding as part of the website project? If you have existing branding (logo, fonts, colours), we'll work with it. If your brand needs a refresh first, we can connect you with branding specialists before the design phase begins.

Can I upgrade my package later? Yes. The Foundation Website is built so it can be upgraded to a Momentum or Signature site without starting from scratch. Many of our Foundation clients come back when their business is ready for more.

AI Search Optimisation (AEO)

What is AI Search Optimisation (AEO)? AEO is the practice of structuring your website so that AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews can read, understand, and confidently cite it when answering someone's question. It works alongside traditional SEO rather than replacing it.

Does SEO still matter if I'm doing AI Search Optimisation? Yes. SEO is the foundation on which everything else is built. Without it, your website won't have the authority or technical health that AI platforms look for when deciding which sources to trust. AEO adds a layer on top; it doesn't replace SEO.

Will AI Search Optimisation change how my website looks? No. It runs entirely behind the scenes. Your visitors see your website exactly as it is today. We build a separate, AI-friendly version of your content that only AI systems read.

Won't having two versions confuse Google or count as duplicate content? No. Your original page always stays the official version that Google and AI systems recognise. The AI-friendly copy simply points back to it, so search engines know exactly which one is real. There's no risk of being penalised for duplicate content.

Do I need to do anything technical myself? No. We handle the plugin installation, the audit, and the ongoing monitoring. If you add Expert Review, we'll ask you which pages matter most to you and take it from there.

How long until I see results? AI search engines typically take around 12 weeks to start trusting and picking up the changes, which is why AI Search Optimisation runs on a 3-month minimum term.

How much does AI Search Optimisation cost? AI Search Optimisation starts from £99/month. We also offer an Expert Review add-on, where we personally refine your highest-value pages, from £397 one-off.

Does this work with any website platform? Currently, AI Search Optimisation is a WordPress-only service. If you're on Squarespace, Wix, Shopify or another platform, get in touch; a manual AEO project may still be possible depending on your setup.

Can I cancel? AI Search Optimisation runs for a minimum of 3 months, since that's roughly how long AI search engines take to start responding; then it's a rolling monthly subscription you can cancel any time.

Website Discovery & Copywriting Service FAQs

Do I need to prepare anything before the call?
No scripts, no pre-written answers. We'll send you a short prep sheet beforehand with practical things to have to hand, but the conversation itself is designed to flow naturally.

How long does the call take?
Usually 60 to 90 minutes, depending on how many pages your website needs; more pages mean more ground to cover.

What if I already have a website?
We'll ask what you'd like to keep from your current site and what you'd rather move away from, so nothing good gets lost in the rewrite.

Will the copy sound like me, or like a template?
Like you. Because the content comes directly from your own words on the call, not a generic framework, it reads the way you actually talk about your business.

What happens after I get my first draft?
You review it, tell us what's spot on and what needs adjusting, and we refine from there. One round of review is built in.

How much does it cost?
£95 per page, up to 500 words per page, added on top of your website package.

Website Audit FAQs

What's included in a Website Audit? A 60-minute 1:1 Zoom session where we review your site page by page, covering design, visitor journey, speed, SEO basics, content, and conversions. You leave with a prioritised action list and clear next steps.

Do you need access to my website? No. The audit is done through a live walkthrough of your public site, so there's no need to share login details. If specific issues require behind-the-scenes investigation, we'll let you know.

What will I walk away with? A prioritised list of fixes and improvements, in plain English. You can action them yourself, or we can handle them for you (either through our WordPress Wellness Clinic for one-off work, or as a starting point for a full website redesign).

How is the audit different from a free discovery call? The discovery call is for figuring out whether we're a good fit and what package suits you. The audit is a paid 60-minute deep dive into your existing site, with a clear, actionable list of improvements. They serve different purposes.

Will you be critical of my website? No. The audit is supportive and constructive. We highlight what's working as well as what isn't, and we explain things in plain English without making you feel you should have known better.

Can I book another audit later? Yes. Many clients book a follow-up audit after making changes to check progress and identify what to focus on next.

WordPress Wellness Clinic FAQs

What kind of issues can you fix? Most things, broken contact forms, plugin conflicts, slow site speed, error messages, content swaps, layout updates, security scans, malware removal, SEO improvements, and image optimisation. If you're not sure whether your problem fits, send us a quick description, and we'll let you know.

How is it priced? Two session types depending on the work needed:

• Simple Fix Session at £285 for straightforward updates and minor fixes
• Complex Problems from £495 for malware removal, plugin conflicts, hacked sites, image resizing, speed work, and advanced SEO

If a job needs deeper investigation or extra time beyond a session, we'll let you know the cost once we've assessed it.

What if my fix only takes a short time? Sessions are designed to give you full value. Any time left over is used for related improvements, performance, security, SEO, or general site health, so you always get the most out of your session.

Do you only work on WordPress? Yes. The Wellness Clinic is designed specifically for WordPress websites. If you're on a different platform, we can let you know whether a redesign on WordPress would be the better path.

Can you fix a website that's already broken or hacked? Yes, that's exactly what the Complex Problems session is for. We can clean malware, restore from backups, sort plugin conflicts, and get your site back online. The faster you get in touch, the easier it usually is.

How long does a Wellness session take to complete? Most simple sessions are scheduled and completed within a few working days of booking. Complex problems may take longer depending on what we find, we'll always be honest with you about timelines once we've assessed the issue.
