The WordPress Wellness Clinic is run by us, Kathy & Jennifer Rustell, the mother-and-daughter team behind BYBO Digital.
Kathy has over 20 years’ experience as an award-winning website designer and SEO strategist. Over the years she’s worked with businesses in more than 20 countries, helping them get their websites not only looking good but performing at their best. Her deep knowledge of WordPress means there’s rarely a problem she hasn’t come across, from plugin conflicts to malware removal.
Jennifer focuses on client care, branding, and content support, making sure projects run smoothly and that clients feel fully supported throughout the process. She helps translate “tech talk” into plain English, so you always know what’s happening with your site.

We can’t promise your site will never encounter issues, but we always carry out safe updates, run tests, and take backups so that if something goes wrong, we can roll back quickly.
