Three Things We Need Before We Can Start

We cannot begin work until all three of these are in place, so please action them as soon as you can.

1. Tell us which pages to work on

Not sure which pages to choose? No problem. Let us know and we will review your site and recommend the best starting point.

2. Add us as an administrator on your website

Please add us as an admin with full access using the email address info@bybodigital.com. If you are not sure how to do this, just let us know and we will walk you through it.

3. Confirm you have a recent backup

Before we make any changes, please confirm that you have a recent backup of your website in place through your hosting provider. If you need help checking this, just ask.

Once We Have All Three

We get to work. You do not need to do anything technical beyond the steps above. We handle everything directly on your website. The only time we will contact you during the process is if we need to suggest changes to your page headings for your approval.

When the work is finished, we send you a clear written report detailing exactly what was changed on each page and why.

How Long Will It Take?

Silver (3 pages): typically completed within 5 working days

Gold (6 pages): typically completed within 8 working days

Platinum (10 pages): typically completed within 12 working days

Timelines start from the date all three steps above are completed, not from the date of payment.
