Our Flagship Build
The Signature Website
For established businesses ready to invest in a website that does serious work for them.
A bespoke WordPress site, designed and built around your business with the strategic thinking, considered design, and ongoing care that a flagship project deserves. From £4,997.
When Signature is the right fit
Most of our clients are well served by the Momentum Website. It’s our most popular package, and for good reason, it’s the right scale for an established service business with a focused offer.
But some businesses need more.
The Signature Website is for the moment when:
- Your business has multiple service lines, audiences, or specialisms that each need their own space and structure on the site
- Your audience is making a considered decision before they enquire (high-value services, professional firms, B2B work, anything that requires real trust)
- Your existing site is genuinely holding the business back because it can’t represent the scale, depth, or sophistication of what you actually do now
- You want strategic input, not just delivery, someone to think through the architecture, the journey, the positioning, and the long-term role of the site, not just build what you brief
If two or more of those sound like you, you’re in Signature territory.
If you’re not sure, that’s exactly what the discovery call is for. We’ll tell you honestly which package fits.
What you’re actually buying at this tier
Signature isn’t Momentum with a few extra pages. It’s a different kind of project, with a different kind of attention.
Here’s what that means in practice:

Time spent on the thinking, not just the building
Before we design anything, we spend real time understanding the business: who you serve, how they decide, what your competitors are doing, what your site needs to achieve, and what’s been holding the current one back. That groundwork shapes every decision that comes after, and it’s the difference between a website that looks good and a website that positions you properly.

Architecture designed around how your audience actually behaves
Multi-audience businesses, multiple service lines, considered-purchase clients, none of these are served well by a generic page hierarchy. We design the site’s structure around how your visitors actually move through it, so the right person finds the right thing without having to hunt.

Design with depth, not just polish
Every Signature page is designed individually, not pulled from a layout library. That means more attention to typography, spacing, hierarchy, imagery, and the small details that make a site feel considered rather than assembled. It’s slower work. It’s also why the result doesn’t look like everyone else’s.

A site you grow into, not out of
Signature builds are designed with the next two to three years of your business in mind, not just the launch. Content can expand, services can be added, audiences can shift, the structure flexes with you. You shouldn’t be facing another rebuild in 18 months.

A working partnership, not a finished file
Most importantly, the launch isn’t the end. Signature clients stay with us for the long term, hosting, maintenance, content updates, strategic check-ins, and the kind of sense-checking that means the site keeps doing its job as the business changes around it.

How a Signature project unfolds
Signature isn’t built in a single sprint. It’s built in phases, with the right thinking happening at the right moment, and you’re involved when your input genuinely matters.
Here’s how a typical project moves from first conversation to live website.
Phase 1 — Discovery and direction
We start with an extended discovery session, a proper conversation about your business: who you serve, how they decide, what's working, what isn't, and what the website actually needs to do. We follow up with a written summary and a clear plan for what comes next. This is where we make sure we're building the right thing, not just a nicer version of what you've already got.
Your time commitment: one 90-minute session, plus a short follow-up call.
Phase 2 — Content and structure
We plan the content for each page (what it needs to say, in what order, with what call to action) and design the site's architecture in parallel. Before the design phase begins, we'll need everything in one go: written copy, images, branding. We'll send a clear checklist so nothing's missed. The build doesn't begin until this is settled, the discipline that keeps a Signature project on time.
Your time commitment: a few hours a week gathering or producing content.
Phase 3 — Design
We design your homepage first, this is where the look and feel of the whole site is set. Once you've reviewed and signed off, we design the rest of the pages around it. Each one is considered individually, not pulled from a layout library. You'll see weekly progress updates and can give feedback as we go, so there are no surprises at the end.
Your time commitment: 30-60 minutes a week reviewing design updates.
Phase 4 — Build
Once the design is approved, the site is built in WordPress. SEO structure is set up properly. Email tools, lead capture, and any integrations are configured and tested. You'll have a private link to a staging version of the site so you can click through it as it comes together. The build is on us, we'll come to you only when we need decisions.
Your time commitment: minimal during this phase, occasional decisions only.
Phase 5 — Review and refine
You get full hands-on access to the site. We encourage you to take time to click through everything properly, on different devices, with fresh eyes. You send us your feedback in a single, organised email and we work through it methodically. A Zoom call is available if it's easier to talk something through than write it down. One consolidated round of revisions is included.
Your time commitment: 2 to 4 hours of focused review.
Phase 6 — Launch and handover
Final tweaks are made. Mobile responsiveness is checked across devices. Hosting is confirmed and the go-live date agreed. Once we launch, you receive a recorded training walkthrough and 30 days of post-launch support included as standard. From that point, ongoing care is available via our hosting plan if you'd like us to stay involved (and most clients do).
Your time commitment: a 60-minute training session if you'd like a live walkthrough.
A few questions buyers usually ask
How is this actually different from the Momentum Website?
Momentum is our standard professional build, four weeks, focused content, and a clear, well-structured site for an established service business with a single offer. Signature is a different scale of project: more time on the strategic groundwork, more pages, more considered design, and built for businesses with more complexity to communicate. If you’ve got a clear, focused offer and a single audience, Momentum is probably right for you. If you’ve got multiple service lines, multiple audiences, or you need someone to think strategically alongside you, this is where Signature earns its keep.
What if I'm not happy with the design?
You won’t be presented with a finished design at the end and asked to react. We share progress weekly, starting with the homepage, so you’re involved as the look and feel develops. If something isn’t landing, we adjust before going further. By the time the site is built, there are no surprises. Most clients describe the design phase as the part they enjoyed most, not the part they dreaded.
What if my project needs longer than 8 weeks?
The 6-to-8-week timeline is honest for a typical Signature project, but it depends on you as much as us. The biggest factor is content readiness; if your copy, images, and branding are slow to come together, the build pauses until they’re in. We’ll always be honest about where things stand. If your project genuinely needs more time (more complex functionality, larger scope, custom integrations), we’ll tell you upfront, in writing, with a clear quote.
What happens after the website launches?
Launch is the start of how we work together, not the end. You’ll have 30 days of post-launch support included as standard. From there, most Signature clients move onto our Green Hosting & Maintenance plan at £75/month, which covers ongoing updates, backups, security, performance, and the kind of small fixes and sense-checking that keep the site working long term. You’re not locked in. But you’re also not on your own.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Signature projects can be split across the project timeline when we’re also hosting and maintaining the site after launch. We’ll set out the full payment schedule in your written proposal, so you know exactly what’s due and when. No hidden fees, no surprise renewals.
When you're ready, let's talk
A Signature project is a real investment, in money, in time, and in the relationship that comes with it. So we don’t expect you to commit on the strength of a webpage. We expect a proper conversation first.
The next step is a 45-minute discovery call. No pressure. No pitch. Just an honest, two-way conversation about your business, your situation, and whether Signature is genuinely the right fit. If it isn’t, we’ll tell you, and we’ll point you towards what is.
A clearer sense of what your project would actually involve
Honest input on whether Signature, Momentum, or something else makes most sense
A written proposal afterwards, if it feels right to take things further
No hard sell, ever. We’d rather lose a wrong-fit project than win one that goes badly for both of us.
Or, if you’ve got a quick question first, drop us a line and we’ll come back to you within one working day.
